Room AC kept going off, room was so hot. Rooms were below average, even hair drier is from 1980, no iron is available and they tell u their rule won’t allow to bring it to the room u must go down and iron near the reception. Cleanliness was about 6/10. Room is very tight and staff wasn’t very welcoming.
We paid between 90 and 100 € per night and considering this the hotel is really a good choice. Parking is free, breakfast not big choice, but tasty and the staff was very friendly. Yes, the rooms are a little bit old, but clean and the windows are totally new so that you can not hear anything from outside.
One night over there. As you exit the highway you can see the hotel in front of you. In other 2 minutes from the Hotel you're in the Noventa Piave Outlet
I've had the pleasure of having a buffer breakfast! And it was an high level breakfast. I've eaten fruit, eggs, ham, bread but also cakes and pancakes trying almost everything and everything I've tried was good!
Clean and super good located. If I would ever come back in that zone I would for sure come back over there
Rooms should be renovated, current condition is not a 4-star hotel. Very good breakfast.
Met our expectations. Clean rooms and lobby, very good breakfast. Also gluten free bread and snack was available upon request. Walking distance to designer outlet shopping, near by bus station - in 30 min you can travel to sea. Good parking options also for bigger van. We had family room at acceptable price.
Decent hotel for the money. Great bed, big and awesome mattress. Everything was working good, the room was in good shape, very clean, the bad was big enough. The breakfast was delicious and had good variety.
What i didn’t like was the bad acoustic insulation. I could hear very well what the other room neighbours was talking.

Very nice and cosy hotel, staff is great and friendly. It is very close to the shopping outlet center and highway, hence very practical. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good (pancakes are the best 😀).
